CSR/ Dispatcher

JA Bertsch Heating and Cooling is seeking a relational, empathetic and driven CSR Dispatcher to join our Home Team!

Do you take pride in your work? Are you fast, efficient and friendly? Do you consider yourself a "people person" and have dynamic communication skills?

Responsibilities Include:

- Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls.

- Schedule membership appointments.

- Set up new customer accounts.

- Dispatch and debrief our Service Technicians.

- Manage schedule flow and adjust schedule as needed.

- Make confirmation calls for appointments.

- Etc.
