Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Experience Specialist in the Financial Services industry, based in Everett, Washington. This role primarily involves providing support to internal and external contacts through various communication channels, troubleshooting eBanking products and services, and supporting the bank's digital payment systems.Responsibilities: Provide customer support via phone calls, instant messaging, and email Assist with general troubleshooting for online banking platforms, including browser issues Aid bank customers with the installation and usage of mobile applications and functions Educate bank customers on the usage of digital payment systems, including bill payments and person-to-person payments Provide basic support for existing remote deposit systems Assist in resolving issues related to eBanking systems, services, and products for branch staff Handle support and problem resolution for issues related to debit card processing Review client activity within eBanking systems, identify potential issues, and ensure proper tracking and reporting of daily activities Process customer lockbox deposits, virtual cash deposits, and manage daily special handling tasks Review and process online account opening applications and associated products Adhere strictly to all regulations and compliance policies Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Experience with Avaya CMS Proficiency in various Computer Programs Familiarity with CRM systems Ability to operate Epic Software Experience with About Time software Ability to handle Answering Inbound Calls effectively Proven experience in Assisting Customers Knowledge of Benefit Functions Competency in Billing Functions High standard of ethics and professionalism Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a team and independently Strong organizational and multitasking skills Previous experience in Financial Services industry is a plus Problem-solving and decision-making skills High level of customer service skills Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
