Customer Service Associate — Textiles & Leather

Westside Textiles is a young and growing textile studio rooted in craftsmanship, natural materials, and thoughtful design. We’re looking for an organized, design-minded Customer Service Associate to help bring our textiles and leathers to life for designers, showrooms, and clients across the country.

This role sits at the heart of our studio — connecting our creative vision to the daily details that make it possible. You’ll work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure orders move seamlessly from inquiry to installation. As our company grows, you’ll have a meaningful hand in shaping how we serve our clients and scale our processes.

What You’ll Do

Provide exceptional support to showrooms and sales partners, handling inquiries, pricing, orders, and shipments with accuracy and care.

Coordinate cutting-for-approval (CFA) requests and follow-ups to ensure client confidence in every order.

Manage order payments, freight coordination, and shipment tracking.

Cut and package fabric yardage and memos for clients or showroom replenishment.

Maintain and update product details, pricing, and inventory in our order management system.

Partner with the operations team on invoicing, inventory, and light studio maintenance.

What You Bring

Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational habits and an eye for detail.

A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience in customer service or the design/textile industry (preferred).

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Comfort with light lifting (10–30 lbs).

A positive, collaborative attitude — and genuine enthusiasm for interiors, textiles, and design.
