Job Description:

As a Customer Service Representative at Christianson's Heating and Cooling, you are the face of our company to our customers. You will manage inquiries, schedule services, and provide information with a focus on superior customer service. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for high-quality HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and warmth.

Schedule and confirm appointments, balancing customer needs with business efficiency.

Provide detailed information about our HVAC services, offers, and promotions.

Process transactions and handle billing questions with accuracy and integrity.

Collect and relay customer feedback to help improve our services.

Engage in continuous learning about the latest in HVAC technology and customer service best practices.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in customer service is a plus.

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.

Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.

Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
