Customer Service Representative - insurance agency

Customer Service Representative for State Farm insurance agency. Full time or part time, Monday through Friday, in office position, located in Kirkland.

Service position (not sales): answering phones, explaining billing questions, taking payments, assisting and following up with claims, addressing underwriting issues and submitting applications.

WA state property and casualty license preferred.
