Knowledge of research design, statistical analysis plans, data analysis, and statistical methods. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex analysis results to clinicians and to present research findings in journal articles and public conferences.Fluent with both statistical software and at least one general programming language. 2+ years post-graduate experience.Preferred Education and Qualifications: Master’s Degree; REDCap experience (data entry, building REDCap forms, organizing REDCap surveys, etc.); basic knowledge of statistics and proficiency with analytic tools and software (e.g., SAS, SPSS, Python, R); Experience with clinical research and Electronic Medical Record systems; Clinical/medical terminology; Database experience (e.g. MySQL, Oracle)Virginia Mason offers much more than competitive compensation and benefits.
