Data entry Specialist

We are a small Fife company in search of a highly motivated self-starter who is friendly, detail oriented, and punctual to service our growing business. We have a diverse client base that we process payroll and bookkeeping for. We are seeking to fill this part-time to full-time position immediately. The starting pay is $20.00 - 23.00 per hour depending on experience. There are currently no Fringe benefits offered with this position.

This in office, in person position is responsible for making sure our clients’ employees are paid accurately and on time; the monthly bookkeeping is up to date, and the Department of Revenue is filled timely. A strong background in accounting is required along with working knowledge of Washington payroll requirements. The main duties of this position include calculating employee paychecks, withholding taxes, and other payroll deductions, employer payroll taxes, quarterly state filings, Federal filings, year-end W2s, and monthly data entry. QuickBooks knowledge preferred.
