Dental Assistant

We are looking for a second assistant to join our family dental practice. We have an excellent team who needs someone to bring a happy and positive attitude. Family focused, locally owned, single dentist practice. Our office is located in the Northgate area of Seattle, near the light rail station. Our patient office hours are Monday through Wednesday 8-5 with an hour lunch and Thursday 730 to 230 straight through. We are open the first Friday of every month 8-1. When we work on Friday, we are off on the Monday prior.

Ideal candidate has knowledge in sterilization technique, four handed dentistry, and maintaining a positive work flow. Some experience is preferred, but new grads are welcome. The office consists of daily 2 to 3 hygienists, two assistants, and office admins.

Benefits include: pay rate between 24-30per hour (DOE), 401K matching, PTO, paid holidays, in house dental, health insurance. There is definite room for growth with pay rate for this position.

For anyone with no experience in dental, willing to train the right candidate. Starting as a sterilization technician. Duties would include sterilization, helping turn rooms over, and keep a happy work environment. The benefits would be the same with a pay rate between 21-24 per hour. With a ton of room for growth.
