Office Hours: Monday-Friday 7:30am-7:30pm, some Saturdays 7:30am- 1:30pm

Pay: $65 to $70hr depending on skill and experience

Hours:

10 hour days with 1 hour unpaid lunch

2 Day work week (Thursday and Friday) + potential for more days

Required Experience:

Hygiene license or be nearing the end of an accredited program

Preferred 1 year experience

Required Skills:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable with technology

Required Education:

Completion of Hygiene Program

Hygiene license

Required Certifications:

Bloodborne pathogen

CPR

OSHA/WISHA

HIPAA

Job Duties:

Seats the patient and has the proper setup ready for the procedure.

Takes digital radiographs and intra oral photos.

Checks the patient’s progress and records the results, including previous incomplete treatment plans, oral cancer exam, TMJ exam, occlusal classification, comprehensive periodontal exam, and diagnosis.

Scales, polishes, and applies fluoride.

Maintains a clean and professional hygiene operatory room.

Assists the doctor when examining the hygiene patients by informing the doctor about the patient’s case with all pertinent information gathered as well as pending or rejected treatment and long-term plans.

Records new treatment plans, and notes of all relevant discussions of treatment recommendations and options given.

COVID-19:

Highest level of PPE available including N-95s, KN95s, face shields, plastic barriers, and patient screening.
