Diesel / Industrial / Farm Mechanic

Looking for a skilled (Diesel) Mechanic to help me with 5+ projects. You can do some or all of this, but I'd much prefer somebody who can do it all. I have most of not all of the the parts for these projects.

The only project that I need done fast is the truck. The rest of them can occur over a couple months or as parts come in.

Alot of this doesn't need a diesel guy, but these are all diesel vehicles so I'd prefer somebody with more skill than the norm to finish this stuff up quick. I'm a farm mechanic as well but the rest of my farm is growing pretty fast and so I need some help.

1. Isuzu Truck that I put a refer box on. The refer hasn't been hooked up yet. It needs the following:

A. crankshaft pulley installed to drive the compressor

B. wiring/controls ran to control refer

C. compressor gas lines purged and installed, then charge the system and test.

D. Liftgate wires ran.

E. Replace headlights, seat, and other small stuff.

F. Install new floor in refer. (it's wood, wanna go to UHMW or similar hard surface)

2. John Deere Gator #1

A. Install Shocks

B. Install Wheel Bearings

C. Clean up air intake and filter housing

D. Pull various parts and have them powder-coated

E. General cleanup of dash/cables / etc.

3. John Deere Gator #2

A. Remove transmission, disassemble, reinstall 'high gear', reassemble, install

B. Remove and install AC pump

C. Pull various parts and have them powder-coated

D. Replace some plastics

4. John Deere Tractor

A. Replace seals and pins on loader

B. Tractor was purchased after being in the fire. Need to remove burned sheet metals, take them to a powder coater, and then do some cleanup to the chassis and repaint.

C. Install new wiring harness, dash, and other melted stuff.

D. Need to split the transmission/engine and install a broken gear to drive the 4WD

E. Replace brakes on rear wheels.

5. Yamaha 2000LX boat

A. One of the engines needs swapped. It died.

B. One of the intakes has a rock or something, or maybe a chipped impeller. It's cavitating.

C. Replace Fuel tank sensor

D. Replace one tach

I have other projects as well, but I'd prefer to get these all done before winter.

I want most if not all of this work done at my place north of pasco, but if you have a shop and it makes sense then lets talk. I have a shop, alot of tools, air, etc.
