Diesel Mechanic Needed Starting 25/hr - $30/hr depending on experience

We have a small 15 truck and trailer fleet and are needing two diesel mechanics that are familiar with working on semi trucks and dry van trailers. We have our own shop truck with all tools and equipment needed. We are looking to hire immediately.

Please call only if you have extensive experience in working on Semi trucks that include Freightliner Cascadias, Volvo VNL, Cummins, Paccar, Detroit or Volvo engines.

The mechanic naturally needs to know how to do proper

FMCSA DOT Annual Inspections but beyond that have extensive experience with:

Fuel Systems and troubleshooting on diesel trucks

DPF/SCR Regen issues

Be able to remove/replace Clutch transmission, radiator type issues

Also requiring that the mechanic have experience with using Computer Diagnostics systems, and have familiarity with

Jpro, Diagnostics Link, Volvo PTT, etc. = to read codes, troubleshoot codes and narrow problems.

Have experience with 53 FT dry van trailers, working on structural issues, DOT issues, and/or welding or riveting if needed.
