The full Pay Range is $78,400.00 - $145,800.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant. You’ll be the driving force behind innovative omni-channel campaigns, primarily focused on email marketing and also mobile/online banking channels, SMS, and Customer Relationship Management (CRM), leveraging digital marketing strategies to enhance membership engagement. By developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing plan, your insights will directly impact our goals, making a meaningful difference in our members' experiences.WHAT YOU’LL DO :
Ensure Compliance: You’ll carry out all responsibilities in alignment with BECU competencies, compliance, regulatory, and information protection requirements.
Develop Retention Strategies: Collaborate with Digital Marketing leaders to create a robust retention marketing strategy and actionable plan.
Design Campaign Strategies: Utilize a variety of digital marketing channels to craft campaign strategies that align with our goals, working closely with senior leadership.
Monitor and Analyze Performance: Keep a close eye on digital marketing platforms to assess campaign utilization and performance. Analyze results, report on successes or areas for improvement, and recommend changes based on campaign performance.
Manage Lifecycle Programs: Oversee the development and implementation of lifecycle programs such as Onboarding, Life Events, Reactivation, and Win Back initiatives for our members.
Execute Email Campaigns: Build and manage targeted, auto-responder, triggered, and drip email campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure effective member communication.
Collaborate on Targeting: Partner with Marketing Technologists to define list selection criteria for effective campaign targeting.
Vendor Management: Maintain vendor relationships to ensure smooth day-to-day operational execution of marketing initiatives.
Enhance Technical Capabilities: Work with internal teams to acquire new technical capabilities that boost efficiency, tracking, and management ease.
Measure and Report Performance: Develop metrics and analytics to gauge campaign performance, designing customized reports to communicate operational success to stakeholders. Extract and visualize data to enhance usability.
Coordinate Campaign Preparation: Collaborate with Marketing Strategy, Digital, Creative, and Content teams to prepare impactful marketing campaigns.
Represent BECU: Act as a representative at trade events and informational activities to promote the Credit Union.
Additional Duties: Be flexible to perform any additional duties as assigned to support the team.

QUALIFICATIONS :Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English, Communications, Business Administration or equivalent work or educational experience.
Minimum five years of experience in marketing and/or channel management.
Experience managing campaigns through at least one leading email marketing service provider, preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Experience with data analytics.
Desired Qualifications:
Advanced degree preferred.
Previous role held at a financial institution preferred.
Knowledge of lifecycle marketing strategies and best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to research and compile information to develop marketing strategies and member facing campaigns, and also recommend new or enhanced programs.
