The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.Salary Range$91,900.00 - $151,700.00Target Openings1What Is the Opportunity?As Director, Channel Experience Strategy and Execution, Small Commercial, you will take on business lead responsibilities for Small Commercial’s portfolio of Channel Experience initiatives, delivering end-user solutions by integrating their needs with the possibilities of technology to drive business success. Utilizing your knowledge of the business, creative problem solving-skills, and customer-centric focus, you will help drive more accounts to more customers as you ideate, plan, and execute improvements to the quoting platform and experience through collaboration with key business partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring key performance indicators and socializing results to leadership.What Will You Do?

Improve business results related to channel experience through data-driven, business problem solving by (1) determining appropriate business information to analyze, including industry practices; (2) assembling, synthesizing, and analyzing information; (3) drawing conclusions and developing hypotheses; and (4) validating, socializing, and implementing solutions

Operate as business owner for projects/functions in own domain by actively engaging in successful execution, design, and delivery of business initiatives and capabilities while managing key business processes and capability SLAs and KPIs

Balance user-centered design principles, experience considerations, and business goals to develop optimal business solutions through fact-based decision making

Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Management, Sales, IT, Underwriting, Operations, Analytics, and others to ensure buy-in on own work and influence work owned by others

Regularly engage with agents/employees/end-users to understand their needs, pain points, and other marketplace offerings

Develop and/or influence communications to agents and field to help drive behavioral change and effectively achieve business goals

Perform other duties as assigned

What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?

Bachelor’s degree in STEM preferred

Very strong analytical, problem solving, and creative thinking skills

Very strong collaboration, communication, and presentation skills

Working knowledge of underwriting, risk evaluation, and insurance products

Demonstrated project management skills

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What is a Must Have?

Bachelor’s degree required

5 years in analytics or process improvement or equivalent experience required
