We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to join our fast-growing team as Director of Client Management and Growth. The purpose of this role is to drive renewals and expansion while building strong, trusted relationships with enterprise clients. You will own accountability for net revenue retention, direct upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and deliver measurable business results for our managed services offerings. This role includes leading a high-performing client management team, creating structured playbooks, and managing strategic customer engagement initiatives.
