Description Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half is seeking a Human Resources (HR) Director to join our team in Vancouver, Washington. This role involves managing a variety of human resources services, policies, and programs, including but not limited to, recruiting and staffing, performance management, organization development, and compensation and benefits administration. The HR Director will be responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state laws and company policies.Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all aspects of HR functions including recruitment, staffing, and employee orientation Develop and implement HR procedures and processes Administer the employee benefit program and manage compensation and benefits administration Monitor and ensure the agency is following all HR best practices to limit any agency liability Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and company policies Facilitate communication and improve employee human relations skills and work performance Oversee all staff recruitment activities and implement effective hiring processes Work closely with relevant board committees in conjunction with the CEO Conduct market research for future planning and development of HR programs Manage and resolve HR and work performance issues within established guidelines.Salary Range: $105,000 - $120,000BenefitsMedical: YesVision: YesDental: YesLife & Disability Insurance: YesRetirement Plans (401K, pension, etc): 401kPaid Time Off Number of days a hired applicant can expect.Paid Vacation: 12 hours per monthPaid Holidays: 12 DaysPlease contact Charlie Gilmur with Robert Half to review this position. Job Order: 03600-0013034276Requirements Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now. Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode. Demonstrable knowledge of HCM and Benefit Functions. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong understanding of compliance regulations within the HR field. Proven experience in employee relations and hiring processes. Previous experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration. Familiarity with Human Resources Management System. Proven track record in people management. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Strong organizational and planning skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and engage others. High level of integrity and professionalism. Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
