Duct Cleaner

JA Bertsch Heating and Cooling is in the market for a detailed, hardworking and team oriented individual who will rise to the occasion of being a professional Duct Cleaner.

As a JA Bertsch team member, you will be part of a great group of people who care about one another and the PNW community. Providing professional services coupled with customer satisfaction is imperative.

The essential functions of the job include, but are not limited to the following:

Ensure units work before starting the duct cleaning process.

Use drop-cloths and floor savors.

Full inspection for safety with equipment.

Disconnect power to equipment being serviced.

Communicate effectively with customers.

Start and test systems after work is complete.

Must keep truck clean and organized.

Minimum Qualifications

High school diploma/GED required.

Self-starter, reliable, able to work flexible hours.

Must pass initial drug test and background check.

Must have a passable driving record according to the company’s auto insurance requirements.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills.

Must display great attention to detail.

Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

General knowledge of power tools and techniques for care and safe use.

Maintain a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

Base Pay: $16 an hour plus bonuses
