Email Producer

Description We are in search of an Email Producer to help our client for a part-time, remote project. The Email Producer will be primarily responsible for utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to disseminate emails on behalf of the organization. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities: Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver weekly email campaigns Collaborate with the data and marketing communication teams Ensure cohesive presentation of email content Utilize existing templates and process documents for email production Serve various organizations related to our operations in Seattle Ensure timely delivery of email campaigns to meet set deadlines Interface with the donor experience team to optimize communication strategies Work with the digital philanthropy department to enhance online donations Manage the donation management system, 'Classy', for seamless operations Promote a positive organizational image through effective email communicationRequirements Applicant must possess proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, as it is essential for creating visually appealing emails. Mastery of Adobe InDesign is required for creating intricate layouts and designs. Knowledge of CSS is necessary for the implementation of custom styles and layouts. Experience with e-Commerce applications is needed for integrating online sales into email campaigns. Competence in Graphic Design is a must for creating engaging visual content. Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) is required for efficient email marketing campaign management. Applicant should have experience with Donor Database for managing donor information effectively. Skill in Donor Communication is necessary for maintaining positive relationships with donors. Expertise in Email Marketing Platform is required for the creation and management of email campaigns.
