Employer Brand Content Manager6 month Contract Description

Employer Brand Content Manager We are looking for an Employer Brand Content Manager to help us create authentic, engaging content that brings to life our employer brand and supports our Talent Acquisition goals. You will report to our Director, Global Talent Acquisition Operations and will be an important member of our Employer Brand team, playing a big role in driving brand awareness for Client as an employer, with many opportunities for ownership and growth along the way.

About the teamThe Employer Brand team champions our employer brand internally and externally to support our hiring goals. Together the team aims to elevate our employer reputation and increase brand awareness through our talent marketing strategy, channels, content and campaigns.

Your responsibilities:
  • Create and facilitate the production of content (written, visual & video) that helps us achieve our employer brand, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion goals
  • Produce a range of content for use across social media, our blog, Careers website, digital branding platforms (like Glassdoor, LinkedIn, etc.), and recruiting events
  • Manage our @LifeAt client social media channels: Be the voice of @LifeAt client, own our editorial calendar, schedule posts, and manage reporting
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to source, create and repurpose content to support our employer brand narrative: You will work cross-functionally with talented peers from our Marketing and Communications, Diversity and Inclusion, Corporate Social Responsibility, Human Resources and People Development & Culture teams
  • Collaborate with our Employer Brand Program Managers to ensure that the content you create aligns with our employer brand messaging, strategy and goals
  • Compile our employer brand metrics to allow us to identify trends, insights and opportunities
  • Recommend new ideas and approaches to help us innovate and advance our employer brand footprint

Your qualifications:
  • 2 years of social media/content marketing experience in a corporate setting
  • 1+ years of project management experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for storytelling and relationship building
  • Understanding of social media best practices and the nuances of channels (like Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and flexibility
  • Business to business technology industry experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Experience with tools similar to: Sprout Social (social media scheduling), Canva (graphic creation), Trello (project management)
