Job Description

As a valued contributor to our team, you will advise on processes and analyses to monitor business problems and/or opportunities, including process improvement, system enhancement, and training. In this role, you will support the development, networking, and/or project management of strategic business objectives.

THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEThe Enterprise Architecture - Business Architecture - Advisor role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Advise on approaches to identify and address operational pain points and/or opportunities to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Support the development of new initiatives to satisfy strategic business objectives.
  • Provide expert guidance in the development of business process models and document operational guidelines.
  • Assess the monitoring of ongoing process enhancements for improved business performance.

Qualifications

THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

Minimum Required Experiences

  • 6 years

Desired Experiences

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Experience working with technical teams, stakeholders, and business executives.
  • Experience working with ARIS and HOPEX.
  • TOGAF certified preferred.
  • AWS Certification preferred.

Skills

  • Skilled in presenting information and/or ideas to an audience in a way that is engaging and easy to understand.
  • Skilled in supporting, controlling, monitoring, and management of large, complex, and sometimes geographically-dispersed IT infrastructure and applications in order to optimize IT service delivery.
  • Business Process Management including business process modeling, process design and implementation, etc.
  • Working with people with different functional expertise respectfully and cooperatively to work toward a common goal.
  • Adept at managing project plans, resources, and people to ensure successful project completion.
  • Business Insight including advising, designing business models, interpreting customer and market insights, forecasting, benchmarking, etc.
  • Influencing including negotiating, persuading others, facilitating meetings, and resolving conflict.
  • Experience identifying and selecting strategic options, and identifying resources to meet the defined objectives.
  • Relationship Management including managing and engaging stakeholders, customers, and vendors, building relationship networks, contracting, etc.
  • Experience helping an organization to plan and manage change in effort to meet strategic objectives.
  • Skilled in creating visual concepts, creating content, and editing content by hand or with the help with computer software to communicate ideas.
  • Operational Excellence including improving and overseeing operations
