Entry Level HVAC Service Technician

customers' comfort and satisfaction. We’re looking for a dedicated full-time Service

Technician to join our team and help us continue to deliver exceptional HVAC services

to Hayden and surrounding areas.

Position: Entry Level Service Technician

Location: Hayden, ID

Shift: Monday – Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm

Compensation: TBD

Level:

Position Type: Full-time (40+ hours a week)

Job Description:

As an entry level Service Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and

repairing equipment in the residential and light commercial setting. This role requires

excellent customer service skills, and a proactive approach to troubleshoot if problems

arise.

Requirements/Qualifications:

No experience required other than HVAC schooling completion.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work flexible hours and be On-Call as needed

Must have a valid Driver’s License to operate company vehicles

Clean Professional Appearance

Must be will to work in harsh conditions such as Hot/Cold temperatures, Tight

spaces, attics and crawlspaces.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems,

including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless units.

Provide accurate estimates and recommendations for repairs.

Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and company

policies

Collaborate with the service manager to improve processes, enhance customer

satisfaction, and grow the service department

Maintain clear communication with customers regarding service issues and

solutions
