ERP/CRM Developer

Description Robert Half is searching for a ServiceNow Developer to support a company an IT services and consulting company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow development, with a specific focus on GRC or IRM, and will be responsible for data cleanup, policy and compliance module implementation, and understanding risk and legacy data. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) or developer for ServiceNow GRC and IRM modules. Develop and implement solutions that align with our client's needs

Perform data cleanup activities within the integrated risk management space to ensure data integrity and accuracy.

Implement and customize the Policy and Compliance module and the Risk module within ServiceNow.

Understand and manage tables within ServiceNow to support the modules and ensure effective data handling.

Revamp access models, including risk data and legacy data, to optimize who license accessibility to perform specific tasks.

Conduct data mapping activities to ensure proper data flow and integration across systems.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in ServiceNow security module development

Experience with Policy and Compliance risk modules

Skilled in Data mapping and data clean-up; risk, legacy and accessibility

Nice to have: ServiceNow IRM administrator certification
