Description We are searching for a detail-oriented Estate Planning Paralegal to join our team in Lynnwood. This role involves providing extensive support in Estate Planning and Guardianship cases, ensuring precise preparation and effective handling of legal documents. Responsibilities: Assist attorneys in the preparation and filing of legal documents related to Estate Planning and Guardianship cases. Conduct thorough research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles to assist in case preparation. Maintain and manage detailed client records, ensuring all information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Handle customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely responses to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor client accounts regularly, taking appropriate action when necessary. Collaborate closely with attorneys, providing them with the necessary support and information for successful case outcomes.
