Description We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity for an Executive Assistant in Renton, WA. This role falls within the aerospace industry, with a focus on supporting a team of executives. The workplace is based on-site, where the successful candidate will be tasked with a variety of administrative and coordination duties. Providing comprehensive support to six executive team members, including the President & CEO, VP of HR, Chief Programs Officer, CFO, COO, and VP of Business Strategy. Managing calendars, organizing meetings, conferences, and events, and acting as the main point of contact for the executive team. Handling travel arrangements for all executives, with a particular focus on international travel for two executives. This includes creating itineraries and coordinating meetings during travel. Preparing and managing expense reports using Concur, alongside some budgeting responsibilities. This entails generating monthly reports and ensuring all expenses are receipted. Undertaking various other administrative tasks or projects as required. This includes prooing and editing complex reports, proposals, and other documents, both internally and externally. Creating PowerPoint presentations for various meetings and events. Recording and distributing minutes or other records and documents from meetings. Supporting marketing efforts for new business ventures in new markets. Tasks include creating marketing materials, compiling data, managing social media accounts, coordinating events, and assisting with campaign execution, all while ensuring alignment with the company's culture and marketing strategy.Requirements Proficiency in using Concur for managing expenses and travel plans Demonstrated experience in calendar management for multiple executives Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Knowledge of the aerospace industry, with a specific focus on UAV technology.
