We are a busy, privately-owned Apartment Management Company seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, experienced individual to handle management, daily operations, and maintenance supervision for all our apartments.

The candidate we are looking for should be a self-thinker, a self-starter, someone who works well as a team and on their own. Must stay on track, multitask, prioritize, communicate, and problem-solve with tenants. Working closely with our Apartment Management team and Maintenace teams.

Qualifications:

Computer literate

Confident, a positive can-do attitude

Organized.

Problem solver

Must be able to handle stressful situations, and be versatile enough to handle multitasking.

This position is ideal for a candidate seeking stable and long-term employment.

Maintenance:

Maintenance management and upkeep of the community is required.

Physically examine the property regularly.

Administrative;

. Show and lease apartments keeping occupancy at the highest levels

Manage Yardi Property Management Software to input rental income and expenses and generate operational reports.

Collect tenant rent and make deposits.

Enforce all rules and regulations and terms of leases.

Communication with primary office personnel regularly.

Deliver notices to tenants.

Receive and resolve resident issues or complaints.
