Experienced Carpenter/Crew Leader

At Casali Remodeling, we specialize in high-quality residential and commercial construction with a reputation for excellence, craftsmanship, and integrity. We are looking for an experienced Crew Leader with a solid background in framing to lead a dedicated team and ensure our projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.

Position Overview:

As the Crew Leader, you will oversee framing operations on-site, supervise and train crew members, and ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with extensive framing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage job site operations effectively. You will work closely with our Project Manager, Interior Designer and the clients to bring these visions to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a framing crew on residential and/or commercial job sites

Read and interpret blueprints, construction plans, and framing layouts

Ensure work is completed according to project specifications and building codes

Maintain safety, productivity, and quality control on the job site

Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors

Train and mentor less experienced crew members

Monitor use of materials and tools, and report any needs or shortages

Qualifications:

5+ years of framing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or crew leader role

Strong knowledge of wood and metal framing methods, tools, and safety protocols

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Proven leadership and communication skills

Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred
