Facilities maintenance worker

Operate machinery such as tractors and road graders to maintain gravel roads for optimal safety and accessibility and perform necessary repairs.

Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on tractors, vehicles, and other equipment to ensure proper functionality and safety.

Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep the pool area clean, safe, and in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Monitor pool water quality, adjust chemical levels as needed, and perform basic troubleshooting of pool equipment.

Maintain lawns, gardens, and landscaping elements by mowing, trimming, weeding, and watering as necessary.

Inspect and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper function and efficient water usage.

Troubleshoot and repair small appliances, equipment, and fixtures throughout the facility as needed.

Interact with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, providing assistance and addressing any concerns or inquiries, assist in answering phone calls and taking payments.

Cleaning of the community shower house, clubhouse, and kitchen; including bathrooms, vacuuming, windows, dusting, moping and general grounds upkeep.

Fill member propane tanks.

Assist with community events including annual Memorial and Labor Day BBQs.

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently to prioritize tasks and address issues as they arise.

Individuals may perform other duties as assigned.
