Facility Project Manager

The Facility Project Manager will provide oversight of all facility maintenance and operations at CMI’s customer site in Washington, DC.Key Job FunctionsResponsible for meeting the cost, performance, and schedule requirements throughout the contract execution and managing service requests and emergenciesCommunicate effectively with the customer on project and staffing statusResponsible for inspecting preventive maintenance procedures, identifying inadequate performance, and training or re-training personnel on proper procedures, and ensuring that the education and training manual is updated monthlyOversee the operations, staffing and performance, ensuring facility services are delivered that meet or exceed customer guidelines in a high quality, cost effective and timely mannerMeasure and evaluate productivity, safety and quality, set standards, measure performance, and develop programs for improvementEnsure any required corrective action complies with contract performance
