Farm Hand Needed!

We are looking for a reliable, hard working farm hand to aid the farm director for all farming tasks.

The Farm Hand is responsible for organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of all areas of the farm as well as ensuring that compliance is always followed and executed. The farm hand is the right-hand man to the farm Director and needs to be able to operate farm equipment and be very organized with tools and supplies.

Farming hours can fluctuate as the season moves a long (current schedule 5:00am-1:30pm), during planting or harvesting, working on weekends can and will be required. The farm hand must be a detailed diligent person capable of intricate tasks like plant feeding and spraying.

Bilingual preferred (English/Spanish) but English is a must.

Applicant must have had some experience with farming and have the ability to lift 70lbs or more.

Must be 21 or older
