This position supports the Diagnostic Imaging Systems business within the greater Southeastern, AL area. This position will be responsible for customer relationship management through the effective use of technical knowledge to install, troubleshoot, service, and Diagnosis and Treatment imaging solutions at customer sites.For this position, you must reside within commuting distance to Dothan, AL.Your role:

Building, deploying and/or integrating multi-vendor diagnostic imaging solutions.

Collaborate on fulfilling technical implementation deliverables such as detailed design documentation, system build, configuration, and testing.

Based on customer requirements, serves as a consultant to provide technical recommendations that best suit the environment

Resolve technical issues and offer proactive technical support.

Documentation of solutions to ensure support teams and other consultants can participate in support and onward development.

Represents Philips professionally in both customer and internal team situations.

You're the right fit if:

Previous field service experience with multi-vendor diagnostic imaging equipment required.

At least 2 years' experience in diagnostic imaging, preferably in a field service environment.

5+ years of experience servicing electronic equipment required; field service in a hospital setting and/or healthcare environment is strongly preferred.

Your skills include the ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.

You have an Associate's Degree in electronics or equivalent combination of education and experience; BSEE/BSEET/BSME/BSMET preferred.

Ability to understand and apply electronic, mechanical, and networking theory to install, diagnose, and repair equipment, including knowledge and use of all necessary tools and test equipment.

Ability to read and interpret schematics and site drawings with minimal assistance.
