Job Title: Financial Analysis & Controls 3Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Financial Analysis & Controls professional to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role supports the management of constructing data center buildings focused on cloud and AI. You will be contributing to financial planning, deploying new financial projects and processes, and managing various financial aspects of our data center construction team.Responsibilities
Perform monthly Purchase Order activities by leveraging work done by accounting and operations teams.
Develop and deploy a detailed process for Purchase Orders transactions within the business group.
Deliver timely and accurate business insights for financial forecasting, budget, and close cycles based on purchase order details.
Drive purchase order process improvement across all segments within the business.
Ensure business adherence to company policies and procedures when contracting with suppliers, fostering a compliance-first culture.
Essential Skills
5-10 years of experience in the field of financial analysis and control.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing P&L budgets for large enterprise tech companies.
Minimum 2 years of experience deploying and executing new financial projects/processes from fundamentals.
Deep analytical and reporting capabilities, including leveraging internal tools, reporting cubes, BI tools, and other financial systems.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to drive high-impact results through both individual and team efforts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with internal financial tools.
Ability to solve problems at multiple altitudes, from strategic framing to detailed analysis.
Proven capability to influence others without direct authority.
Strong project management skills, including managing and prioritizing multiple inputs, tasks, and stakeholders under tight deadlines.
Comfort with ambiguity and uncertainty in a fast-evolving business environment.
Work EnvironmentThis is a fully remote position with an estimated 40 hours per week. The role involves frequent meetings with key stakeholders, with a balance between collaborative input and independent project development. The current scope of the role is projected to end by 6/30/25, with potential for extension based on future project needs.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
