Freight Brokerage Sales Agent (Commission-Only)

Responsibilities:

Develop new business relationships with shippers and carriers

Negotiate rates and terms with customers and carriers

Manage shipments from start to finish

Provide exceptional customer service to clients

Requirements:

2+ years of sales experience in the freight brokerage industry

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Attention to detail and excellent time-management skills

Reliable transportation and access to a computer and phone

Compensation:

This is a commission-only position, with the potential to earn high commissions based on your sales performance. Our top-performing agents earn well above six figures annually.
