Description We are offering a contract for a Full Charge Bookkeeper role that is 100% remote. This role falls within the industry of finance and accounting and the Full Charge Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting processes, and maintaining clear communication with team members. Responsibilities: Accurately and efficiently process payroll in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Record all financial transactions in accordance with double entry bookkeeping principles, ensuring journal entries are accurate. Handle accounts payable duties, including invoice processing, payment tracking, and vendor statement reconciliation. Oversee all aspects of general ledger accounting, balancing accounts and resolving discrepancies promptly. Regularly perform account reconciliation to ensure the integrity of financial data. Produce financial reports reflecting the company's financial status, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Provide support during audits or reviews by external parties and assist with emerging technical accounting issues. Stay abreast of financial concepts and public accounting standards to ensure regulatory compliance. Utilize SAP and other accounting software systems effectively for various accounting functions. Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting, maintaining a high level of attention to detail. This role requires proficiency in Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, Computerized Accounting System, Great Plains (GPAC), Microsoft Excel, Accounting Functions, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Annual Budget, and Cash Flow Analysis.Requirements Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is required Experience with ADP - Financial Services is mandatory Familiarity with Computerized Accounting Systems is essential Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) is expected Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is necessary Ability to perform various Accounting Functions is crucial Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) management is required Expertise in handling Accounts Receivable (AR) is critical Experience in Annual Budget preparation is needed Competency in Cash Flow Analysis is indispensable Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
