General Laborer / Warehouse Assistant – $23/hr (Ferndale, WA)

Method Homes is hiring a full-time General Laborer / Warehouse Assistant to support our Ferndale facilities. Duties include general shop cleanup, material handling, loading/unloading, and occasional in-state jobsite deliveries. Opportunity to grow and learn construction trades.

Pay & Benefits

$23/hr to start ($47,840 anually)

Full-time INDOORS, Mon–Fri

Medical after 90 days

SIMPLE IRA after 1 year

Vacation PTO after 1 year

Requirements

25+ (required by our commercial auto insurance)

Valid driver’s license & clean driving record (no DUIs, speeding, negligent driving, etc.)

Reliable transportation

Punctual and dependable

Able to lift/carry heavy materials

Working smartphone

Can pass background check

Drug-free workplace (company policy)

Job Duties

Sweeping, cleaning, and waste disposal

Loading/unloading trucks

Material pick-up/delivery

Vehicle and shop/yard maintenance

Inventory, cataloging, and general labor support

Preferred (not required)

Construction experience

Hand/power tool use

Towing a trailer

Forklift experience
