Description:GME Program Coordinator – St. Peter Family Medicine Residency Program.The GME Program Coordinator at Providence St. Peter Family Medicine partners in the management of the family medicine residency program. As a member of the GME Leadership Team, the GME Program Coordinator collaborates with the GME Residency Operations Team, Program Directors and faculty in developing and maintaining the educational quality of the training program and ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and other regulatory requirements while continuously identifying areas for programmatic improvements. The GME Program Coordinator oversees the complex educational program scheduling for providers, residents and community preceptors as well as provides support for the resident recruitment and selection process, the day-to-day operations of the residency program, and the resident onboarding activities. The GME Program Coordinator participates in long-range planning and development of the program and serves as a resource to residents to ensure they receive an excellent learning experience.Qualifications:Required qualifications:Four (4) Program management experience, preferably related to GME

Preferred qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business administration or medical-related field from an accredited college/university.

Certified through TAGME (Training Administrators of Graduate Medical Education)
