Job description- SOLID SURFACE CNC PROGRAMMER & SAWYER OPERATOR

We fabricate marble, granite, and quartz. We have been in business for 20 years and we continue to grow!

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced CNC Programmer/Operator to join this team. We operate on a SassoK600

Are you good with computers, interested in learning stone manufacturing and want to learn how to operate CNC machinery- if you have no prior experience BUT experience with programming position available for application. If you have been in the stone industry and have experience cutting, or materials handling and are looking for your next level position, apply.

We will train the right candidate. You have to be computer savvy and organized in handling multi level tasks. The shop is hard work and requires a great deal of strength to work in the shop using our crane with the suction cup lifter.

CNC Programmer/Operator duties and responsibilities

ability to use Microsoft 365 programs

· (if able) Program AlphaCam for the CNC saw

· Load and Unload CNC table per project specifications.

· Follow safety requirements while working in a fabrication shop environment.

· Inspect the machinery and product for quality assurance.

· Perform all required maintenance on the machinery.

· Ability to handle materials appropriately and safely.

· (if able) Some solid surface fabrication required

CNC Programmer/Operator Knowledge and Skill Requirements

· Proficiently be able to draw in AlphaCam or similar proficiently.

· Proficient at reading architectural drawings, and shop drawings using BlueBeam or a PDF reader.
