Position Overview

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and proactive Group Coordinator & Marketing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who loves connecting with people, coordinating memorable group stays and events, and sharing the magic of Mountain Springs Lodge through creative marketing efforts.

This position blends group sales and coordination with marketing outreach to attract new events, retreats, and reunions while maintaining strong relationships with our returning guests.

Key Responsibilities

Group Coordination:

Serve as the main contact for group inquiries, bookings, and event planning.

Coordinate logistics for group stays, weddings, retreats, reunions, and corporate events.

Communicate with internal departments (lodging, dining, activities, housekeeping) to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Provide warm, attentive service before, during, and after group visits.

Marketing & Outreach:

Develop and manage marketing initiatives to attract new group bookings (corporate retreats, family gatherings, and special events).

Build and maintain relationships with repeat clients and community partners.

Assist with content creation for group promotions, website updates, and social media.

Track group booking trends and report on campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, event coordination, or marketing preferred.

Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Comfortable handling both guest interactions and administrative tasks.

Proficient with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with reservation systems is a plus.

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

A love for hospitality and appreciation for the mountain lifestyle.

Hourly pay: $24–$30 DOE + gratuity.
