Lumin Security, one of Seattle’s fastest growing security startups, is actively recruiting for Transit Security Officers for King County, and we are looking for the following:

- excellent customer service

- above average communication skills

- able to walk and stand for 8-12 hours at a time

- team player and positive attitude

- experience working with the public

- mature, calm demeanor

You will be:

Wearing body armor, duty belt with handcuffs, radio, flashlight, and first aid kit

Engaging in high volume face-to-face public interactions

Writing detailed and accurate incident reports

Maintaining a physical presence as a deterrent to illegal activity

Ensuring safety and security of site staff and visitors

Providing an empathetic approach to managing escalated situations

Contributing to the overall bus riding experience for riders by providing superior customer care
