Description:Health Information Management Specialist - ($1,000 Sign-on-Bonus) Medical RecordsThe Medical Records Specialist, under the supervision of the Manager or designee, is responsible for performing routine clerical functions in the Health Information Management (HIM) department and entering patient records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) according to standard procedures and specific direction in compliance with HIPAA regulations. This includes, but is not limited to sorting, scanning, indexing and managing release of information.($1,000 Sign-on-Bonus for eligible external candidates who meet all conditions for payment this is in addition to the fantastic benefits and compensation package offered.Qualifications:Preferred qualifications:1 year of Medical office or Medical Record Department experience
