Help Desk Analyst

Description Robert Half is searching for a Help Desk Technician to support Government Administration client in Downtown Seattle, WA! This primary responsibility of this Help Desk Technician is to support with imaging and deploying of laptops, providing technical support to end users, and assisting with troubleshooting hardware. This is an onsite, 3-month contract. Job responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software.

Imaging and reimaging of hardware.

Deploying computers to end users.

Provide end user desktop and networking support with other technicians via phone, email, and in person to a user base.

Respond to calls, and email requests, for technical, desktop, and server support by working troubles tickets as directed.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

0-1 years of experience in computer/end user support.

Proven experience with imaging/reimagining hardware.

Experience in supporting Windows OS.

Knowledge of network troubleshooting.

Strong customer service experience/interpersonal savvy.
