Help Desk Analyst I

Description Robert Half is searching for a Help Desk Technician to support local non-profit in Spokane, Washington! This primary responsibility of this Help Desk Technician is to provide technical support to end users and assisting with troubleshooting hardware. This is 100% in Spokane, Washington! Duration: Short-term contractSchedule: Monday-Friday (8-5pm)Job responsibilities:

Provide on-site technical support for hardware and software.

Imaging and reimaging of hardware.

Deploying computers to end users.

Provide end user desktop and networking support with other technicians via phone, email, and in person to a user base.

Respond to calls, and email requests, for technical, desktop, and server support by working troubles tickets as directed.

Perform other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

0-1 years of experience in computer/end user support or relevant certifications.

Proven experience with imaging/reimagining hardware.

Experience in supporting Windows OS.

Strong customer service experience/interpersonal savvy.

Nice-to-haves:

Experience working with Salesforce.

Proven ticketing system experience.
