We’re Hiring: Hostess/Waitress

Nicki’s Bella Marina is a busy, upbeat waterfront restaurant looking for a friendly, dependable, and hardworking team member to fill a Hostess/Waitress role. This is a hybrid front-of-house position—you might greet and seat guests one day and serve tables the next, depending on the shift.

If you love working with people, can stay calm under pressure, and enjoy the pace of a packed dining room with a harbor view—this is the place for you.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting and seating guests with a welcoming attitude

Managing the waitlist and takeout orders when hosting

Taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and closing checks when serving

Providing excellent, attentive service to every guest

Keeping your area clean, organized, and guest-ready

Collaborating with fellow team members and supporting smooth shifts

Requirements:

Current Washington State Food Handler’s Card (or ability to get one ASAP)

Must be 18+ to serve alcohol

Friendly, punctual, and able to multitask

Weekend and evening availability required

Previous restaurant experience is helpful but not required—we’ll train the right person
