HOUSE CLEANER WANTED $20 - $30 PER HOUR

We're building our client base and need additional cleaners to service those clients.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

You must be energetic and detail oriented.

Have your own transportation.

Pass a background check.

All of our work comes from word of mouth and you will be expected to meet a specific standard of cleaning set by your team leader.

SCHEDULE & PAY:

First 3 work days - $17/hr.

You will be training, part-time, with a team leader.

After 3 work days - $20/hr.

You will continue to work part-time with your team leader.

After 2 weeks - $20/hr.

You will be expected to complete cleans on your own and work a minimum of 20/hrs. per week.

After 3 months - $25/hr.

You will continue with your regular scheduled cleans at a minimum of 20/hrs. per week and be eligible for a team lead position.

Team Lead - $30/hr.

As a Team Lead, you will be eligible for bonuses as well as a commission for new clients you bring on to your schedule. You will have 4 other cleaners under you that you will be responsible for training and setting their schedules as well as filling in if someone on your team isn't available to work.
