Housekeeper/Office Girl Friday/Dispatcher - PT to FT in Mill Creek

Do you live close to Mill Creek, Lynnwood and South Everett area

Part time opening - Flexible 16 hours (two 8 hour days) to 32 hours (4-8 hour days)

Salary range $25-30/hour

Benefits at an average of 30+ hours, and possibly up to 40 hours.

Ideally someone Monday and Wednesday from 7 am to 3 pm. (16 hours)

In the winter, I may also need help on Tuesdays, and possibly Thursdays and

even possibly on Fridays. (possibly 32 hours total)

Responsibilities:

- Thoroughly clean bathrooms (showers, toilets, sinks and countertops)

- Thoroughly clean kitchen (dishes, countertops, stovetop, oven and refrigerator, etc.)

- Doing all laundry

- Food prep (prep of 2 meals a day, packing lunches)

- Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors, carpets, rugs and dusting

- Put away groceries and supplies, rotate

- Cleaning of home and office spaces

- Enjoys/loves cooking and researching recipes

- A plus, if you have a green thumb and enjoy taking care of plants and gardening

- All supplies and cleaning products provided

- My housekeeper of 6 years is leaving on good terms to work closer to home.

She would be happy to train you, and be available ongoing for questions

- If interested, answering business phones and doing data entry, dispatch, etc.

Requirements:

- Positive minded and energetic

- 2+ years of experience with housekeeping

- Strong organizational skills, time management and listening skills

- Able to speak and understand English

- Able to lift 25 pounds or less
