The HR Administrative Assistant provides support to the Human Resources Department. Works directly with information and tracking systems and provides clerical support on various projects. Handles sensitive issues with tact and diplomacy and maintains confidentiality using discretion.

Ideally looking for someone:

-Works in coordination with HR Managers to develop, implement and manage HR information systems and self-service systems, including providing training, technical assistance, updating, troubleshooting and/or integrating systems.

-Ensures information system data integrity, accurate reporting, and optimization. Assists with data reporting and metrics as requested.

-Provides support for HR emails, ensuring messages are answered in a timely manner or escalated.

-Provides clerical and office management support for HR department, as assigned.

-Coordinates projects through task management and assignment.

-Ensures record retention regulations are followed.

-Provides recruiting and onboarding support for the Human Resources Department, including new employee orientation, as assigned.

-Collaborates with the Recruitment Coordinator when recruitments require additional support or have special considerations, as assigned.

Experience with Microsoft 365.
