You will also be the first person welcoming our new employees into our Hospital by making sure they have their badge, parking pass and I9 documents.To be successful in this role, you must have excellent communication skills to help our staff and managers will their Human Resources related questions. Ensure nees are met ina timely manner and with the highest level of customer service in support of HR function support, as well as manager and employee transactional HR Support
Oversee onboarding activies for all new hires to ensure comple and accurate information is collected and entered into HR systems to ensure postive experience for all employees
Coordinator day-to-day HR administrative tasks to ensure compliance and accurate entry of date into HR Systems
Perform ad hoc requests and assist with speciali projects and other tasks or initiates as needed
Qualifications
Bachelors or Associates Degree with one year of relevant experience or
High School Diploma/GED with three years of relevant expereince.
