As the  Human Resources Director, you will  lead people strategy across our Washington and Oregon markets. This role operates at the core of the business, partnering directly with State and Regional Directors to shape workforce strategy, elevate employee relations, strengthen compliance, and drive retention outcomes.This is a highly visible, relationship-driven role not a back-office HR function. You’ll be embedded alongside operational leaders, influencing decisions in real time, navigating complex challenges, building trust across teams, and contributing to key planning efforts that support both employees and the broader organization.WHAT YOU GET TO DO:Employee Relations & Risk Management: Guide HRBPs through complex employee relations, investigations, and compliance matters while ensuring consistent, fair practices.  Retention & Workforce Insights: Analyze turnover and workforce trends to identify risks and implement strategies that improve retention and stability.  Operations Partnership: Collaborate with Regional and State leaders to align HR initiatives with business goals, support workforce planning, and influence decision-making.  Transformation & Standardization: Lead HR integration efforts, standardize processes, and drive adoption of consistent practices across multiple states.
