Division Information PACCAR’s Information Technology Division (ITD), located in Renton, WA, utilizes cutting-edge technology to provide systems development, consulting, voice and data communications services to the entire Corporation, which has high visibility in the technology sector. The Role The HR Generalist is part of a collaborative team responsible for implementing Human Resource initiatives and establishing HR functional excellence. Primary responsibility is to provide HR support to the PACCAR’s Information Technology Division business leaders, administer HR programs and policies, participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide excellent customer service to employees and business leaders. This position is located at PACCAR's Information Technology Division (ITD) on our Renton, WA campus. Job Functions/Responsibilities

Provide general HR support to PACCAR ’s Information Technology Division employees located globally.

Collaborate with HR leadership on projects and initiatives that are valuable to supporting the strategic priorities of the organization and division.

Partner with managers on compensation administration, recognition programs, performance management, corrective action including investigations & attendance management, onboarding & offboarding.

Complete annual reporting for our Affirmative Action Program.

Stay updated on HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Stay current on company policies and guidelines. Provide coaching and counseling to managers.

Coordinates division’s annual training plan, including some curriculum design, development and facilitation of training for managers and supervisors. Administers and supports adherence to compliance training programs. Supports positive employee relations and engagement through safety and wellness programs, employee survey analysis, and benefits communications.

Supports annual goal setting, employee development planning and performance appraisal process.

Project manager for employee engagement events including the annual Service Awards Banquet.

Manage the division’s Leave of Absence programs including FMLA, STD, PFML and Worker's Compensation.

Administers the division’s Safety and OSHA compliance programs through reporting and analysis.

Other projects as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years of Human Resources generalist experience.

Working knowledge of FMLA, ADA, Affirmative Action Plans, Safety and Worker’s Compensation.

Outstanding communication skills, influencing abilities, and customer service orientation.

Ability to work with employees and managers at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated analytical and organizational skills, ability to work independently, prioritize and proactively meet deadlines.

Presentation and facilitation experience preferred.

Strong PC skills required, SAP, SharePoint and TEAMS desired.

Education/Training

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required.

Master’s degree desired.

Professional Human Resources Certification: PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP desired.
