HVAC Commercial Account Manager- Salesperson

Job description:

Legacy Heating & Cooling is an up-and-coming HVAC company providing commercial services to the Inland Northwest. We are looking to add an independent, self-motivated HVAC Commercial Salesperson to our expanding team. This position will service the greater Spokane areas.

Pay Range: $35k base + 5%-15% commission of sales,

Position Summary:

To present the company to potential commercial customers and to qualify opportunities, thereby obtaining commercial service agreement sales that are competitive and profitable. Accountable for all sales activities and customer relationships between the company and commercial clients.

Required Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and insurable driving record

Ability to pass a background screening

Minimum of 2 years of B2B sales

Excellent customer service and follow-up skills

Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)

Highly organized and detail-oriented

Ability to manage time and schedule efficiently

Desired Qualifications:

HVAC Commercial experience is a plus

Property Management Knowledge helpful
