HVAC Service Dispatcher

Premier Mechanical & Electric is seeking to hire a Service Dispatcher for full time employment at 40 hours a week, Monday through Friday. Hourly pay between $21-$23 DOE. A review would be performed after the first 90 days and then on an annual basis.

Primary Duties:

- Field incoming phone calls and emails from customers and contractors

- Answer phone calls and texts from service technicians

- Schedule and dispatch service calls and routine maintenance visits based on technician ability

- Manage customer database accurately with information provided and update regularly

- Assist with creating and sending quotes to customers for necessary repairs

- Order filters and parts for service calls, maintenance visits and repairs

- Create and send customer invoices, process credit card payments

Qualifications:

- Proficient computer skills

- Excellent organizational and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively

- Maintain a professional and friendly attitude

- Ability to maintain excellent attendance

- A general geographical knowledge of Snohomish & King counties would be beneficial
