Job Title: HVAC Technician IIJob DescriptionSeeking a skilled HVAC Technician II to take responsibility for all facets of HVAC-Refrigeration maintenance and repair throughout our diverse portfolio. This role requires hands-on expertise in HVACR systems, including the repair or replacement of compressors and other components. The successful candidate will also contribute to developing, implementing, and documenting operational best practices, ensuring high standards of customer service and tenant relations are maintained.Hard Skills

Strong understanding of refrigeration and HVAC repair including compressor and/or coil change-outs

Strong electrical skills

Proficiency in using computer programs related to HVAC equipment/components

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Ability to read and interpret system plans and schematics

Ability to troubleshoot and maintain systems and equipment

The role involves exposure to moderate noise levels and varying weather conditions. Physical activities include lifting up to 75lbs, climbing ladders, and accessing HVACR equipment in various areas.
